Tastes very good, I would not have thought it is just very expensive in comparison if you go to eat pizza noodles etc. with the family you pay twice as much but if you don't know it is worth trying The shop itself is quite small, but otherwise service and everything is super friendly

Nice food and atmosphere! Service can be a bit slow compared to some of the really quick dim sum eateries but the view is nice and looking at the busy market square below let's you forget time. We will be back!

Dim Sum is the best Cantonese restaurant I have been to outside of Hong Kong! The menu offers typical dim sum like you can find in Hong Kong and the price is okay too. I can only recommend it!

Great food, great service, great price

Delicious food!! Fresh and tasty and very well made dumplings, rice flour ones especially. Their pork dumplings are the best (which my family had). Quantity is a little less for the price, however, worth it. Not to forget, nice and friendly staff:)

With all the Europeanized Chinese restaurants in the area, it is nice to have a somewhat more authentic Chinese. The cuisine is mainly from Hong Kong, but also has delicious dishes from other parts of the country. Quite unrivaled in Bonn, you otherwise have to go to Cologne or Düsseldorf to find something comparable.

Best asian restaurant in Bonn! Love Dim Sum.

I can only recommend this small, cozy restaurant. I have never eaten Asian as well as there. Dishes 14 & 18 have won my heart and I could never go home without it. The grilled belly meat is awesome, can only be recommended! Nice and crispy and flavorful. Prices reasonable for the quality. Unique and diverse. I love going there. ^. ^

Really great experience. Plenty of dim sum to choose from. And the tea was served in a tea pot and they even refilled it! I can't wait to come back. Probably there's nothing better in Bonn.

Had a great time here. It's very hard to find authentic Chinese food, especially if you are up to Hot Pot. If you ask the staff for some hot pot, they will bring you to the upper floor, dedicated for hot pot menus. You can then order a variety of dishes that are being used for hot pot (pig, beef, noodles, veggies, fish, tofu). You also get rice. I had a great time here craving for hot pot and certainly will come back :)

Never eaten at a hotpot restaurant but this was definitely a good first experience to this new way of eating out. They bring you like 20 plates of ingredients and you just make your own food! Pretty cool. Be warned, Potatoes don't float. I lost my potatoes at the bottom of the pot and couldn't get them out until like 10 minutes later :(

Worst food experience in Bonn so far

What a find. Just opposite to the Radhaus am Marktplatz in Bonn on the first floor you get right away in the mood to eat Cantonese food. The owner be born in Hong Kong and his team serves excellent dim sum for lunch with spring rolls to start. We had real culinary experience and dare to state that the food is really authentic as served in Hong Kong. After you have visited the birth place of Ludwig Von Beethoven house and museum, go there you won't be disappointed.

Nothing special. Expected a little bit more. Did not taste like handmade dimsum. Rather like frozen ones.

Dim sum is really good for Dim sum, Chinese brunch. The food, we had mainly dumblings, was good and tasty Chinese food. It is on the first floor overlooking Marktplatz. So it is a nice place to be and have a decent Chinese food, brunch or lunch.

Restaurant without personality. Service ok. Prices compared to quality and quantity to expensive. Food insipid, tasteless.

If you’re Chinese, don’t eat its food.

Price for value questionable. I have not been to China before. But comparing to other authentic places, the food was almost bland and tasteless. Maybe that is typical for Cantonese kitchen. That I cannot say. Maybe prices are driven by the touristy location. Service was great.

Bonn annual visit with annual lunch in Dim Sum. The restaurant offers a decent selection of "Chinese Tapas", over 20 are available. Which of these are really fresh and which are TK are very difficult to say, especially as far as the filled dumplings are concerned. But as always, everyone was tasty - sometimes milder, sometimes heartier. 4-5 Dim Sum will fill one adult. The beers are not cheap (over € 4, -), but that is okay for downtown Bonn. There is a discounted lunch and various main courses, but the attraction of the place is really the dim sum that you will not find in any Chinese restaurant in Germany. Friendly, but above all efficient service, good location (diagonally opposite the old town hall) - no outdoor area!

Original Cantonese restaurant with an amazing variety of dumplings! The environment is mega cozy and it’s well located.

Always dine here every weekend just because they serve authentic dishes at a price that wont break your bank. Always consistent in terms of the taste of food and the staff service. All staff a friendly and well mannered. We always order chicken feet, radish cake and my daughter's favourite w6gg fried rice with beef. Place is not easily noticeable but they have a lot of seating and upstairs they offer shabu shabu that we have yet to try.

I have been here for many many times when i lived in Bonn, there are not so many dimsum restaurants in Germany so if you are visiting Bonn and like Chinese /Cantonese food, you shoild try it. But only order the Dimsum not the other food that they only serve the local German customers(i think they also have a special Menü just for locals who are afraid of chicken feet :) btw i like the chicken feet :) i know you won't understand and they are quite tasty.

Traditional chinese dim sum, but not cook themselves, buy from market.

It was delicious and easy to visit. Once the staff was really kind and clean. The menu has many kinds of dim sum, but it is a place to sell various food besides dim sum. Please enjoy the grilled dim sum. JMT ..! And it is a recommended taste for those who are looking for sweet and sour pork that they have eaten in Korea ..! The epidemic is also delicious. And there was almost no spice fragrance, but it was okay because it was very tender but very tasty for our appetite.
